Wellbeing Week in a Box is a complete, psychologist-designed wellbeing campaign your company runs in a single working week, with a board-ready report the week after. Every email, poster and manager note comes written for you.
Who this is for: Singapore-based teams that want the kickoff in the room, or fully virtual teams anywhere. Built for companies from about 20 to 3,000 staff.

A few minutes a day. Each day is one short activity in the browser: a 2-minute mood check-in, a guided prompt to reconnect with a colleague, a 60-second breathing game. The Monday kickoff talk is the only block of time in the diary.
No. Everything is browser-based on phone or laptop, with no app install and nothing for IT to deploy. Participation data is anonymous at the individual level, we report aggregates only with a minimum group size of 5, and handling is PDPA-aligned.

Any working week in October. World Mental Health Day (Saturday 10 October) anchors the season, and we agree your start date with you. The 5 to 9 October week is the marquee slot. Bookings close 3 weeks before your chosen week: the marquee week closes Friday 11 September, and final October bookings close Friday 2 October.
Digital runs fully virtual with a dedicated live talk for your company. Standard and Premium bring an iGROW psychologist to your office for the kickoff (Singapore venues; your meeting room is fine).
The challenge supports company-wide participation; reporting requires sufficient participation to protect anonymity (groups of five or more). Premium's Care-Pack option covers up to 350 staff, with a top-up of S$10 per person beyond.
Participation rates, daily active trends and aggregate wellbeing themes. On Standard and Premium, it also includes your company's Mental Fitness Style baseline and a 30-minute debrief on what to do next.
We invoice on booking. Purchase orders accepted. Details come on your quote.
